该酒店位于著名的国家级旅游度假区溱湖风景区内。设计标准为五星级，定位为长三角地区最高档的会务型度假酒店，主体建筑六层高，局部七层，具体功能包括酒店客房，会议中心，娱乐中心及各类餐饮设施等。该项目强调通过现代手法诠释中式精神，突破传统中式建筑设计的常见手法。通过对传统中式园林，塔楼，台地，院落等的现代演绎，形成富于创造性和标识性的建筑体量，同时，外立面设计通过对中式传统建筑窗格的提取，变形，演化，形成了变化丰富的双表皮结构，使得该建筑更加完美的诠释了中式精神。

OCT Group Qin Lake Hotel

This hotel is located in the famous Qin lake national resort and the development goal is to make this project one of the best design hotels in the Yangtze Delta Region. The main part of this hotel is 6-storey, and includes different standard suites, conference centre, entertainment centre, restaurants, and other leisure functions.

The feature of this project is the contemporary interpretation of the traditional Chinese architecture. The design integrates the sprit of Chinese traditional garden, courtyard space, sloped roof, and typical materials with modern architecture features. The double-skin façade is inspired by the Chinese traditional window grid, and the angular form of the building is a modern transform of the Chinese typical sloped roof.
