巴黎Allure混合功能项目 | ITAR Architectures

自2018年以来，巴黎Clichy-Batignolles地区发生了巨大变化。2年前，ITAR  Architectures和Fresh Architectures设计公司在巴黎第17区完成了Allure项目。该项目由121套公寓组成，分布在三座不同的建筑中：A栋（G+15）、B栋（G+7）和叠拼复式住宅。

如今，项目在巴黎城市景观中蓬勃发展。位于马丁路德金公园附近，Allure为当代混合用途生态社区提供了范例，为居民创造理想的生活环境。住户可享受城市街区中心绿化环境，使用共享空间，包括共享工作室和室外“厨房俱乐部”，成为聚会和交流的场所。
